Secure Packaging
Place the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and box to ensure the delicate components are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.
